1. Information We Collect

When you use the Pulsezy mobile app and website, we collect the following information:

Personal Information: Name and email address when you create an account, join the waitlist, or use Google Sign-In.
Health & Fitness Data: Your workout logs, sets, reps, volume, and body metrics. If you grant permission, we also read steps and sleep data securely via Google Health Connect to provide recovery insights.
AI Coaching Data: Interactions with our AI Coach are processed to generate personalized workout recommendations.
Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or App Stores). We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data.
Usage Data & Analytics: We use PostHog and Sentry to track app performance, catch bugs, and understand how the app is used. We use Plausible Analytics for website tracking.
Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core fitness tracking and AI coaching experience.
To calculate recovery scores and adapt your training plan based on your health data.
To manage your account, process payments, and provide customer support.
To send transactional emails and push notifications (workout reminders).
To analyze app performance, fix bugs, and improve the user experience.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) in transit and Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your data is isolated. Our AI coaching features are powered by OpenAI, and data sent for coaching is not used to train public AI models.

4. Health Connect Data

Our use of information received from Google Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your health data is used exclusively to provide fitness and recovery features within the Pulsezy app.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly within the Pulsezy app by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.

Alternatively, you can exercise your rights by emailing us at hello@pulsezy.app. If you request deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email or in-app notification.
